Two of the most popular American sitcoms, The Big Bang Theory and Friends, will soon not be available to stream on Netflix in six countries. It was announced that all seasons of the two shows will be removed from the streaming platform by the end of 2025. The reason cited for the removal is the expiration of licensing agreements.

The six countries where these shows would not be available on the streaming platform include the United Kingdom, Italy, India, Germany, South Africa, and Switzerland.
