All's Fair season 1 episode 6 brings Allura and Chase, along with their attorneys, face-to-face for their divorce mediation before the case goes to court. How does Allura win and keep the company in All's Fair season 1 episode 6?
Allura gets to keep her company at the end of All's Fair season 1 episode 6 as her and Chase's prenuptial agreement holds, despite Carr and Alberta's desperate use of technicalities to have it nullified. Emerald and how she's unafraid to stoop down to Carr's level are key reasons why Allura wins in the mediation.
While Dina prefers to play by the book with Carr, Emerald doesn't have the same notion. As she's taking over Allura's case in episode 6, she pulls out evidence that Chase is fixing a match to pay off his debts.
However, because the evidence consists of private emails, it's inadmissible. But that's not the only ace in Emerald's sleeve. She also takes out a video footage of a drunk Carr at the back of a police car.
The footage is of Carr after getting arrested for DUI, making crass statements about having sexual relations with her clients, like Chase. Instead of discrediting Carr, this move from Emerald discredits his lawyer, Carr, and causes her to lose her mind completely.
However, All's Fair season 1 episode 6 ends with Carr and Allura making peace with each other, with the latter admitting that she was wrong to leave Carr behind. In the end, Carr concedes, and they will honor the prenup, which means Allura doesn't need to give Chase half of her company.

Episode 6 of the legal drama brings a good mix of drama, screaming, and somber scenes. One of the highlights in Divorce Is Like a Death is Carr's mental breakdown after Emerald shows the video footage from when she was arrested. It pushes Carr into a rage, and she gets on the table and lashes out at Allura, saying all sorts of hurtful things.
She gives Allura the ultimate blow with harsh comments about her being infertile and how she's better than Allura in all ways, including being a lawyer and a mother. It's a dramatic yet emotional scene, especially since Allura has recently learned about the embryos. Another highlight at the end of the episode is Dina finally saying goodbye to her man, for good.
