On Sunday, the American filmmaker and his wife, Michele Singer Reiner, were found dead in their Los Angeles home. In an exclusive article, People magazine reported that multiple sources alleged that Reiner’s son, Nick Reiner, killed the couple.The media outlet posted the article on X. As per People, Nick was also being questioned by cops. However, he was not arrested.Rob Reiner's family issued a statement confirming the filmmaker and his wife's deaths. According to Variety, the statement read:"It is with profound sorrow that we announce the tragic passing of Michele and Rob Reiner. We are heartbroken by this sudden loss, and we ask for privacy during this unbelievably difficult time."As the news of Rob Reiner's demise surfaced, many notable personalities expressed their condolences.
