Candace Owens has reacted to a Turning Point USA pastor's comments against her. She took digs at him and also shared another post, labeling them 'fake pastors'.
Candace Owens has been talking about conspiracy theories regarding Charlie Kirk's assassination in September this year. He was fatally shot at Utah Valley University during an event. Owens has raised questions about the involvement of TPUSA, an organization Kirk founded, in his death.
This has also led to the American commentator and author facing plenty of backlash from the conservative audience. During a recent event, a TPUSA slammed her, labeling her "evil" and "demonic". Owens shared a snippet of this on X (formerly Twitter) on November 27, and wrote:
"TPUSA “Faith” coming to a city near you. “God wants you to CLAP for me”"
She shared another post by the handle @ProjectConstitu on November 27 regarding the event. The original post spoke about a girl's alleged experience of attending TPUSA's event and her disappointment. As per the post, she said:
“I went to a Turning Point USA Faith event tonight thinking I’d hear politics through a biblical lens. Instead, I got 90 minutes of weaponized hate from the stage, and it broke my heart.”
She mentioned how the pastors labeled Owens "anti-semitic" and added:
“I kept asking myself: Would Jesus call sinners ‘freaks’ and laugh? Jesus ate with prostitutes and tax collectors. This wasn’t the Gospel; this was political indoctrination dressed in a cross.”
Candace Owens shared this post and wrote:
"Operation Mocking-Pastor has failed, categorically. Younger generations are demonstrating spiritual discernment and they see these fake pastors for exactly what they are. And she is correct; Charlie would have never let this sort of naked propaganda fly."
The original post also claimed that one of the pastors at the event took digs at Tucker Carlson.
Candace Owens had claimed a TPUSA staff member received chilling message from Charlie Kirk before his death

Candace Owens appeared on an episode of Myron Gaines' podcast, published on November 18. She shared her thoughts on Charlie Kirk's death and claimed that he allegedly sent a message to a TPUSA member that his life was in danger.
She said:
"I don't like the silence from Turning Point employees. I know for a fact one of them, I'm not going to name, has a text message from Charlie the day before he died saying, 'They are going to kill me.' Now, he was not referring to the trans lobby when he wrote that message."
She added that she doesn't like TPUSA's behavior since Kirk's death, and further added:
"I've made that clear, and nobody is going to emotionally manipulate me and tell me that it's all good now. And to attack Turning Point would be to attack his legacy... He knew he was going to die young and strangely knew that I was going to be the only person to defend him."
Meanwhile, a man named Tyler Robinson was arrested soon after Kirk's death, as he turned himself in. His next hearing is scheduled for January 2026.
