On November 14, Elijah Schaffer shared a video on his X account, weighing in on the lawsuit. In the lawsuit, Alexis Wilkins accused the podcaster of spreading a "malicious lie" that she is an "agent of a foreign government" who has been assigned to manipulate FBI director Kash Patel. Schaffer said in the video:

"Unfortunately, due to this lawsuit, my family is now being threatened, and our safety is on the line, apparently in support of Alexis Wilkins' lawsuit. Individuals creating mass amounts of bot accounts have targeted my family in a mass doxing campaign, which has directly threatened the safety of myself, my wife, who is defenseless, is an Australian citizen, and also my two children, who are one and two and a half years old."

Schaffer also urged Wilkins to "publicly condemn" such threats meted out towards his family, and said:

"The reason why this happened is because Alexis Wilkins, as the girlfriend of the FBI director, holds a very influential and prominent social position in this country. What I have here is one of the many doxings. What you will see and why it matters of her positioning, whether she would support this or not, I believe she would not, and I'm going to give a chance for her to publicly condemn this threat towards my ability to exist peaceably in this country."

Wilkins' lawsuit, filed on October 28 at the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida, was filed in the context of an X post by Elijah Schaffer. In the post, he quote-tweeted an image of Patel and Wilkins standing together.

The tweet he responded to insinuated Israel is sending female Mossad agents for honeypot operations in Iran. The lawsuit alleges that Schaffer seemingly indicated Wilkins was such an agent, although he did not mention anything in his post and only shared the image.

"My family is in danger because she decided to enter the law fair. And why do I know that? I know that because in the lawsuit, she makes claims to make me appear to be a bad person. In the lawsuit, which I know was made up and built upon a sea of lies, she states that I made malicious, insidious claims against her, that I lied to hurt and defame her, that I said that she was manipulating a government official, all claims that I reject and are false."

Elijah Schaffer claimed that people have been targeting his family while sharing directions to his home, maps of where he lives, details about his home and how to enter it. He added that most of such posts were taken down and that X (formerly Twitter) has taken action against the same.

Further, the podcaster also stated the example of Charlie Kirk being shot dead and the dangers posed to fellow podcaster Nick Fuentes' life. Fuentes' address was also allegedly leaked online, which posed a danger to his life due to his controversial views.

Elijah Schaffer reiterated his claim that Alexis Wilkins was lying about her claims in her lawsuit. He added:

"You lied on record in your lawsuit and said that the reason why I work is to cause outrage and chaos. You. You wrote that in writing through the legal team associated with your boyfriend, who's the FBI director, you used serious legal resources to go into a federal court to say that I am trying to divide and hurt the country when exactly it's the exact opposite."

In her lawsuit, Wilkins indicated that while Schaffer did not mention her by name or post any comment, he categorically selected an image that defames her. She claimed that the image was "categorically chosen" to indicate that she's a Mossad agent for Israel who has "seduced" Kash Patel. The post in question was made by Elijah Schaffer on September 14, 2025, and gained over 1.5 million views.

Alexis Wilkins is seeking $5 million in damages from Elijah Schaffer, claiming her reputation was harmed in the process. Further details on the case are awaited.
