Political commentator Candace Owens recently appeared on the Myron Gaines podcast, where she again raised questions about Charlie Kirk’s organization. Following the death of the conservative activist on September 10, Owens cast doubts on several members of Turning Point USA. From Rob McCoy to Andrew Kolvet, many came in the crosshairs of the former Daily Wire host.
On the Tuesday episode of the podcast, Gaines discussed Kirk's assassination with Candace Owens. The host asked her who she thought was the "most responsible." Owens said that Kirk's views had been changing in the weeks before his death. She added that "everything began ratcheting up" after the TPUSA founder invited Tucker Carlson to the stage.
Owens had earlier shared an alleged group chat of Krik in which he seemingly expressed frustration over losing a donor for not cancelling Tucker Carlson.

She said that Kirk allegedly told Carlson to "go max." She went on to accuse TPUSA of lying. Candace Owens made a significant claim, saying that the day before Kirk was shot, he allegedly sent a text message to a TPUSA employee about a death threat.
"I don't like the silence from Turning Point employees. I know for a fact one of them, I'm not going to name, has a text message from Charlie the day before he died saying, 'They are going to kill me.' Now, he was not referring to the trans lobby when he wrote that message," Owens said.
She further stated that if the person who received the alleged text was a friend of the late activist, it was unclear why the staffer would not inform the public about the warning Kirk had raised. The conservative podcaster said that she did not like the way TPUSA was behaving.
"I've made that clear, and nobody is going to emotionally manipulate me and tell me that it's all good now. And to attack Turning Point would be to attack his legacy... He knew he was going to die young and strangely knew that I was going to be the only person to defend him," she added.
Candace Owens describes Charlie Kirk's assassination as a "military hit"
Earlier in the podcast, Myron Gaines asked the author and activist what made her "believe" that someone was "covering things up" related to Kirk's death. Responding to Gaines, Candace Owens said that she believed that Charlie Kirk's murder was an alleged military operation.
"I can tell you that I view the Charlie Kirk assassination as a military hit. I do not know who called the hit yet, but it's military. There's no question in my mind that it was a military," the political commentator said.
Candace Owens added that, based on everything she had uncovered, there had clearly been a so-called "faith infiltration." She noted that Charlie Kirk would have trusted the people who approached him and encouraged him to grow the organization. She went on to insinuate that some people in TPUSA were somehow linked with the alleged military hit.
"It's looking to me like Turning Point's apparatus provided an opportunity. Now, who they're actually working for, what they're actually doing, I don't know. But I can tell you it is not about Jesus Christ," Owens said.
In her November 17 podcast, Candace Owens claimed that an Egyptian military plane was present at an airport near UVU on the day Kirk was shot. She alleged that the plane was "transponding" while staying on the tarmac. Owens asserted that the aircraft was "known to" Turning Point USA.
Charlie Kirk was shot and killed during a debate event in Utah on September 10. Authorities arrested a suspect named Tyler Robinson the very next day.
