The former Husker expressed how they had worked hard on improving minute aspects of their performance, which in turn helped them to actively upscale their overall performance.

“Nebraska has always been great defensively and sometimes hasn’t put up offensive numbers. This year, we’re really putting up really high offensive numbers as well. It’s just the attention to detail and the awareness that we’re going to be great on both sides. We’re not going to rely on one or the other to win games," she said. (as quoted by SI)

Busboom Kelly shared that bringing in variations in their training helped the players to be accustomed to altering their game as per the situation to ensure their dominance.
