The Nebraska Volleyball have maintained a clean slate as the Big Ten Conference Championship concluded yesterday. With their victory against the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Nebraska Cornhuskers won all the 30 games in the current season, including a 20-0 steak in the Big Ten tournament alone.
Head coach of Nebraska Volleyball team Dani Busboom Kelly felt proud on this incredible achievement. In the post-match press conference, she congratulated the entire team on this success.
Coach Kelly talked about the invincible streak further as she mentioned,
“It’s an incredible honor to finish an unbeaten regular season with our four seniors and complete this historic moment for our program."

Nebraska Volleyball edges out Texas Longhorns in the invincible streak
After their 30th consecutive win of the season, Nebraska Volleyball [also known as the Nebraska Cornhuskers] edged out the Texas Longhorns in terms of a clean slate this season. The Texas Longhorns maintained a similar streak before they lost to the Texas A&M Aggies in a closely contested match on October 31.
Nebraska Volleyball time travels to 2000 season in terms of performance

In 2000, the Nebraska Volleyball team recorded a similar performance under the leadership of John Cook, who had just joined the team as the head coach, and ultimately won the NCAA Championship that year.
Since then, only two teams have maintained a clean slate throughout the season, viz. the USC Trojans [2003] & the Penn State Nittany Lions. The Penn State Nittany Lions maintained an invincible streak for nearly three years, during which they won a total of 109 games from 2007 to 2010. Penn State also won four NCAA Championships from 2007 to 2010.
The Longest home winning streak for a women's volleyball team
With their recent victory against the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Nebraska Volleyball team also achieved a unique record at their home ground. The Huskers have achieved the longest home winning streak at the Bob Devaney Sports Center, with a near-perfect record of 58 consecutive wins.
With the lone exception of the game against the Utah University team held on September 12 [where the Huskers won by 3-1], the Nebraska Volleyball maintained a clean sweep in almost every match held at the Bob Devaney Sports Center.
The clean sweep streak of Nebraska Volleyball that ran for nearly two months
After winning the game against the Creighton Bluejays by a close margin, the Nebraska Volleyball won the next game against the Arizona Wildcats. With this, a record-breaking clean sweep streak commenced, where the Nebraska Cornhuskers won 48 straight sets, and 15 consecutive games without conceding a single set. The streak was finally broken on November 14, when the UCLA Bruins won the third set against the Huskers.

The Nebraska Volleyball team has also broken the crowd attendance records this season. Regardless of the venue, most of the Nebraska Volleyball games have witnessed packed stadiums. The Nebraska Volleyball team achieved a sellout streak of over 300 consecutive home matches this season.
