Moreover, Kelly shared how she tries to motivate herself by making sure they enjoy playing the sport without getting stressed, as it could lead to burnout.

" It is really tough to win, no matter what level, what sport, and we never want to lose sight of that, and that's something that I have always been a firm believer in. I also am a firm believer that we spend a lot of our time together and a lot of our time with our sport, and if we can't enjoy and celebrate the little things and then we are going to drive ourselves crazy. That's when burnout comes in," she said.

Furthermore, she expressed the importance of creating an environment that is conducive to growth as well as makes the players feel at ease.
