The Nebraska Huskers are now gearing up for their appearance in the regional finals.The Huskers locked horns with Kansas on December 12 at the Bob Devaney Sports Center. They maintained their dominance by claiming a 3-0 (25-12, 25-11, 25-12) win. With this victory, they have reached an unbeaten streak of 33-0. One of the most significant contributions during the match was from Jackson and Allick. Both of them registered eight kills in the match, and along with them, Harper Murray attained seven kills.Along with this, Allick also scored a perfect 1.000 hitting percentage during the match. She also opened up about feeling a lot of pressure, saying:"We loved playing in this environment, we loved getting or having to like dig deep and win gritty over pretty, so it was a really really good test for us tonight and it was a great experience for us moving further along in the tournament and I just think that we went back to the basics and kind of there in the second set, a lot of pressure, a lot of outside noise started getting in."She added:"You know, they were getting a lot of momentum and we knew that we were just gonna have to get to our checkpoints so, you know, get to five points, get to 10 points, and we didn't get the first five and 10 but we got 20 and then we got 25, so we like to call it we locked it in and I think each set after that, we just locked in every single point after that and went back to us."Andi Jackson recently opened up about her confidence and growth with the Nebraska volleyball team.
