NHL legend Wayne Gretzky’s son Ty Gretzky marked his wife Sara’s birthday on Friday by sharing a warm family-centered carousel on Instagram celebrating the woman he called “the heart of our family.”The tribute featured moments from the past year with their two daughters Sicily and Vienna. Throughout the week, he shared multiple Instagram stories documenting his visit including a moment standing alongside Ambassador Mollica at a formal venue connected to his conference appearances.“Great to meet our Ambassador of Canada to Slovakia @karen.mollica,” he captioned the story.Another clip showed Gretzky outdoors in central Bratislava signing a young fan’s hockey jersey. He later posted footage from the leadership forum sponsored by Slovenská Sporiteľňa where he spoke on stage about his career and the principles that shaped his approach to leadership. Many attendees were seen wearing his iconic No. 99 jersey.His stop in Slovakia followed an appearance in Scotland earlier in the month where he competed in the 2025 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship. Gretzky took part in the tournament’s celebrity pro-am teaming up with his son-in-law LIV Golf star Dustin Johnson. The championship ran from October 2 to 5 across St Andrews, Carnoustie and Kingsbarns.
