Toronto (4-4-1) is coming off a 4-3 OT win over Buffalo on Saturday. Ahead of the Maple Leafs' home game, here is what Toronto's lineup is projected to look like.

Maple Leafs projected lines

Forwards

  • Bobby McMann - Auston Matthews - Nick Robertson
  • Matthew Knies - John Tavares - Matias Maccelli
  • Dakota Joshua - Nic Roy - Easton Cowan
  • Steven Lorentz - Max Domi - Sammy Blais

The Maple Leafs' forward group has been shuffled as Craig Berube is trying to find the right lineup. Nylander is expected to be out of the lineup again due to injury, but if he's healthy enough to play, he would be where Robertson is.

"We will see tomorrow," Berube said on Monday about Nylander. "I am glad he stayed out there the whole practice and participated. That is good news. He is getting better, obviously. We’ll see where he’s at by tomorrow morning."

If Nylander can't go, the Maple Leafs will remain with a top line of McMann, Matthews, and Robertson, which Berube was happy about.

"Speed. A lot of speed on the wings," Berube said about the top line. "They were getting on top of people. It was a good goal by Nicky, coming off the bench and finding that hole there. They made a nice play to him. Nicky has speed, Bobby has speed, and Auston has speed; it’s a fast line. I want them to be direct. They’ve got to just play direct, do their job in the offensive zone, and make sure they’re responsible defensively."

Defense

  • Simon Benoit - Jake McCabe
  • Morgan Rielly - Philippe Myers
  • Oliver Ekman-Larsson - Brandon Carlo

Toronto got Rielly back from injury on Saturday, but Chris Tanev remains out of the lineup on Tuesday. Myers remains in the lineup and has played well on Saturday.

Goalies

  • Anthony Stolarz
  • Cayden Primeau

Toronto will start Stolarz, who's been solid this season. Stolarz is 2-4-1 with a 3.31 GAA and a .885 SV% in his career. He's 2-2-1 with a 2.92 GAA and a .912 SV% in his career against Calgary.
