Travis Scott’s Circus Maximus tour stop at Belluna Dome in Tokorozawa had a surprise visitor s Kanye West, now known as Ye, made a surprise appearance. Fans in Japan were treated to an unexpected duet of two of hip-hop’s most influential figures on Saturday night (8 November).

The moment reportedly marked Ye’s first major live performance with Scott in nearly two years. Together, the duo performed many of Ye’s biggest hits, and the audience that erupted the moment he took the stage.

Scott reportedly introduced Ye as “my brother,” echoing recent remarks in which he credited Ye for mentoring him early in his career, as reported by Complex, October 23.

As seen in clips posted on social media, each track reportedly drew a loud and excited response from the crowd, particularly during “Runaway,” when Ye seemingly paused to let the audience finish the chorus.

The collaboration also revived some speculation that Scott and Ye might release new music together, following Scott’s onstage hint weeks earlier that the two were “gonna do something special," as reported by the aforementioned report by Complex.
