Megan Thee Stallion's ongoing defamation trial revealed that she went to a treatment center for emotional therapy after the deepfake videos. The rapper's defamation trial against blogger Milagro Gramz after the latter posted a deepfake p*rn of the rapper kicked off on November 17.

On day three of the legal process at the Miami federal court, November 19, the rapper's friend and manager, Travis Farris, took the stand in support of her. He testified that Megan Thee Stallion had to go to a treatment center that cost $240,000 per month after sustaining trauma following Gramz spreading her deepfake video.

Farris further detailed what conspired after the rapper saw the video, saying that she came to him in tears and apologized that he had to see it. She eventually decided to go to therapy because of it. Farris also recalled rushing to the rapper's side at the hospital after receiving a text during the 2020 shooting with Tory Lanez, per TMZ.

The outlet also reported that Megan Thee Stallion's attorneys went on record that the rapper had been diagnosed with PTSD. She will have the doctor who made the diagnosis, Dr. Lenore Walker, on the stand to testify later today. During Travis Farris's time on the stand, he also debunked Gramz's previous claims that he and the rapper had a romantic relationship.

He said that what he and Megan have is a close-knit work bond, likening it to a "big brother-little sister" dynamic.

On day two if Megan Thee Stallion's defamation trial against blogger Milagro Gramz, details on the blogger allegedly being paid by Tory Lanez's father, Sonstar Peterson, came out. The rapper's legal team told the jurors at the Miami federal courtroom on Tuesday, November 18, per All Hip Hop, that Gramz received more than $3,000 from Peterson while defending him and discrediting Megan.

According to legal reporter Meghann Cuniff on X, Milagro testified on Tuesday, detailing how she received various payments from Peterson between October 28, 2020, and March 3, 2022. However, she claimed that the transfers were for her birthday and her kids' birthdays, along with some "promotional services" for Peterson's podcast and a book.

Cuniff also reported that ROC Nation Senior VP of Branding & Strategic Partnerships, Daniel Kinney, testified in defense of Megan Thee Stallion. Kinney reportedly attested to the brand opportunities for the rapper that fell apart, seemingly as a result of her emotional distress.

Cuniff further said that one of the projects Megan Thee Stallion backed out of was one with Call of Duty after she learned that she would be a shootable character in the game. Other deals she reportedly lost include a potential deal with Google Pixel, the US Women's Soccer Federation, and Just Eats Takeaway.

The rapper's legal team also suggested in the courtroom that Milagro Gramz may have had a romantic connection with Peterson. They mentioned text messages between the two, including instructions on how she can get past the security gate at his Tarzana residence and exchanges that ended with "love you" messages, per Hollywood Unlocked.
