Offset recently deleted a post where he appeared to claim Cardi B and Stefon Diggs' baby boy is his kid. The WAP singer announced the birth of her baby boy with Diggs on November 13, 2025.

Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, uploaded a story on his Instagram account on Saturday, November 15. He wrote, as caught by @mymixtapez on X (formerly Twitter):

"My kid lol"

He deleted it quickly, but it led to plenty of confusion. The rapper appears to have been talking about Georgia's state paternity law. As per the law, a woman's legal husband is presumed to be the father of her child, despite the biological father being someone else (via Complex).

Hence, Offset can be presumed to be the legal father of Cardi B's newborn son. They got married in 2017 and filed for divorce in 2024. They have been separated since last year but aren't legally divorced yet. Hence, the Georgia state law becomes active in this case.

However, Stefon Diggs can just file in court to gain legal authority of the child. Until he gets those rights, Cardi is the only person who can make legal decisions about her newborn child.
