Fanatics Sportsbook recently unveiled its new campaign starring Megan Thee Stallion. On November 5, the digital sports platform shared a press release announcing its series, Explained by Megan Thee Stallion, for this basketball season. The company also shared a video in which the Grammy-winning singer was seen talking about its "Fan Cash."

To promote her new campaign, the singer gave an exclusive interview to Us Weekly. In the interview, published on November 11, Stallion expressed her wish to perform during the Super Bowl halftime show.

"I’m manifesting a Super Bowl halftime performance for myself in the future. Honestly, I would really love the opportunity if it presented itself and I would embrace the challenge. The Hotties know I love to put on a show, so I would just want to turn the halftime show into a big party, come with some surprises and put on for my city," Stallion said.

The rapper’s interest in basketball is well known, and she is currently dating professional basketball player Klay Thompson. Megan Thee Stallion is a strong supporter of the WNBA. She also shares a good friendship with WNBA star Angel Reese. Talking to the magazine, the Hiss artist conveyed her admiration for the Chicago Sky player.

"I have a lot of love and respect for my girl, Angel Reese. Not only is she a talented basketball player, but she’s out here building a business empire," the rapper said.

Stallion also talked about Reese's newfound interest in the fashion world. Referring to the WNBA athletes' recent fashion strides, the vocalist said:

"Killing it in the fashion industry, creating new opportunities for women in sports and just having fun living her life."

While promoting Fanatics Sportsbook's campaign, Megan Thee Stallion drew parallels between betting and her real life. She told the publication that she always placed a "bet" on herself.

"Even just deciding to pursue a career as a rapper was a risk, but I was just confident. To this day, I’m always betting on myself in all aspects of my life. When I launched my tequila and my swimwear brands, those were risky business decisions, but I never doubted myself or my team," Stallion stated.

The Grammy-winning rapper recently released her song Lover Girl. Megan Thee Stallion seemingly expressed her feelings for her beau, Thompson, in the new single. In her exclusive with Us, the Cry Baby singer revealed that the new song reflects "a new chapter" of her journey.

“It’s just reflective of this new chapter of my journey. Right now, I’m in a great space where I’m just more comfortable and open to receiving love from everyone in my life. It’s a beautiful and peaceful place to be, so I’m really just enjoying the soft life right now," Stallion said.

She also expressed her gratitude to her fans for receiving her new track well. Recently, during her appearance on Jennifer Hudson's show, Stallion was asked about the inspiration behind her latest track.

The rapper responded that she is currently in the "feminine era" of her life. She added that she was "on the defense" for a long time, and she had to "fight" for herself. However, she said that at this point in her life, she is "relaxed" and "more accepting of love."

On October 29, Megan Thee Stallion shared a series of pictures featuring Thompson. In the first picture, she showed a new house through a heart she formed with her hands. There was also a key to the house in her hand. Many on the internet believed that she moved into the new house with Thompson.
