In the interview, Cent spoke extensively about his upcoming documentary on Diddy and his alleged crimes. The rapper was found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in pr*stitution following his trial held in June 2025. He was also accused of s*x trafficking and racketeering but was not convicted on those charges. Combs is currently in jail after his verdict was announced in October.

50 Cent is set to release a documentary titled Sean Diddy Combs: The Reckoning, produced by him and directed by Alexandria Stapleton. The four-episode series will explore Combs's rise to becoming a major force in the music industry and his eventual downfall following s*xual harassment allegations.

Everything to know about 50 Cent's documentary on Diddy

The documentary on Sean Combs, produced by 50 Cent, will consist of four approximately 60-minute episodes that outline the music mogul's rise and fall in the industry. The rapper began his career as an executive at Bad Boy Entertainment, then created his own music and launched several artists.

However, the documentary is mainly focused on the allegations against Diddy, which surfaced after his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, filed a lawsuit against him in 2023. Although they settled the lawsuit out of court, multiple women have come forward with claims of s*xual assault and r*pe. This upcoming series will examine these allegations in detail.

50 Cent also promised that the series will feature exclusive interviews with people who knew Diddy and have not spoken publicly before. This includes former employees of Bad Boy Records and some of his childhood friends. Additionally, some of his jurors have been interviewed.

50 Cent added that the series will include never-before-seen footage of Diddy, such as the days before his arrest in New York City in September 2024, phone calls with his lawyers, and other unseen material. In his interview on Good Morning America, 50 Cent stated:

"It shows you his character. What [are] the odds that you would do that in front of the camera? That’s one of the moments where he forgot that he was on tape."

When asked about his personal feud with Diddy, Cent clarified that the making of the documentary was "not personal." The two rappers have had a controversial relationship since their rise in the rap scene during the 2000s. Notably, Cent accused Combs of being involved in Notorious B.I.G.'s murder in his 2006 diss track, The Bomb. Director Stapleton said:

"The real goal was to story-tell. Not everyone needed to have an allegation to be a part of this project."

The documentary will be available on Netflix beginning December 2, 2025.
