In his post, 50 Cent appeared shocked as he openly questioned Diddy’s intentions.

“What kinda gay sh*t is this Diddy sent me flowers at club 11 LOL why all the foreplay get busy, you know I’m stupid,” he wrote in the caption

The post immediately went viral, triggering thousands of reactions and sparking speculation about whether the bouquet was a harmless gesture, a joke, or something more ominous.

Many users focused on the appearance of the flowers themselves. One X user expressed concern, interpreting the bouquet as something far more symbolic and dark, suggesting it looked similar to an arrangement associated with mourning or danger.

“Aren’t those funeral flowers??” the user wrote.

Following this, numerous netizens amplified the sentiment and insisted that the bouquet might be a subtle threat toward the rapper.

Amid the concern, another group of X users speculated that the exchange had less to do with danger and more to do with publicity. They suggested that with Diddy’s docuseries on Netflix, the floral delivery might have been a deliberate marketing strategy for the series producer (50 Cent) to generate a buzz about it online.

Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson recently opened up about why he chose to executive-produce a new Netflix docuseries about Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently serving time after being convicted on prostitution-related charges.

50 Cent began developing the project immediately after Cassie Ventura filed her lawsuit against Combs in November 2023.

He partnered with director Alexandria Stapleton, and together they created Sean Combs: The Reckoning, a four-part series examining allegations of abuse, racketeering, and sexual assault, while tracing Combs’ rise to immense power over the years.

Jackson spoke about his motivations in an exclusive interview with ABC News’ Robin Roberts, which aired on December 1 on Good Morning America. He explained that staying silent would send the wrong message to the public and to hip-hop culture.

“If I didn’t say anything, you would interpret it as hip-hop is fine with his behaviors…There’s no one else being vocal. So, you would look at it and just say … ‘mind your business,’ or ‘lemme not say nothin’ about nothin’,’ or those things that would allow an entire culture to register as if they’re for that behavior,” 50 Cent said (as per ABC News)

The docuseries included never-before-seen footage showing Combs in the days before his September 2024 arrest.

One clip featured Combs greeting fans in Harlem and later reacting with discomfort, commenting that he needed hand sanitizer and a bath. Jackson said that moment revealed the persona Combs tried to hide.

“Got in the car and said, ‘Ugh, I feel like I need to wash, like, I’m [dirty],’ … it shows you his character…. What’s the odds that you would do that in front of a camera? Like, that’s one of the moments where he forgot he was on tape,” 50 Cent added.

The series also included interviews with two jurors from Combs’ trial, Juror 75 and Juror 160, who broke their silence to explain how they reached their mixed verdict.

50 Cent also talked about Cassie Ventura and described her as someone who had been vulnerable from a young age, saying she was only “18 or 19” at the start and had been gradually conditioned over time. He suggested this pattern made her “a victim in all this.

Despite the documentary’s unflattering portrayal, Jackson said he believed Combs would still recognize the film’s quality.

“I think he's gonna say, 'This is the best documentary I've seen in a long time,' said Jackson. "And he may feel a different way about pieces and bits of it. But he knows the truth. I think he'll see the truth in it,” the rapper remarked,

Combs’ representative, however, condemned the project in a statement to ABC News, accusing Netflix of creating a “shameful hit piece” and claiming that the never-before-seen footage was “stolen” from decades-worth of material Combs had filmed since he was 19.

The statement further added that it was indeed "shocking that Netflix gave creative control of this production" to Curtis '50 Cent' Jackson, "a longtime public adversary" of Diddy, who had a "personal vendetta against Mr. Combs" and "made a career of slandering and defaming him."

For Netflix to hand his story to someone who has publicly attacked him for decades feels, to Mr. Combs, like an unnecessary and deeply personal affront," the statement continued (as per ABC News)

Stapleton rejected the accusations, explaining in a statement that the production team obtained the footage legally, held the rights to use it, and protected the identity of the filmmaker who provided it.
