What can be expected to happen in Zootopia 3?

Disney's Zootopia 2 brought a new case to the light with Gary De'Snake marking the entry of reptiles in the franchise. While the central case of the movie was wrapped up completely by the end, a few unexplored threads hint at what could be expected to unfold in Zootopia 3.
In the post-credit scene of Zootopia 2, the feather that fell on Judy's windowsill hints at a potential entry of birds in the next part. Birds are still absent from the characters featured in the two movies released so far. They could bring a new twist to the story and convey another meaningful message that resonates with the viewers.
Furthermore, in the scene where Nick escapes the prison, his actions also set several other criminals free. By the end of the film, they are not brought back to the prison, hinting that it could be a challenging point that Judy and Nick may have to address in Zootopia 3.
Head of animation Jared Bush spoke to TechRadar and provided some hints about what could be featured in the next movie, if it is confirmed to return. He stated:
"We have a world like Zootopia where there's fun everywhere to be had. We still have not gotten to our nocturnal district... that's one thing we really wanted to try this time. Yvett (Merino, producer) loved the idea because you just turn the lights out, and it's free animation."
He further added:
"There's a lot of different biomes that we'd still love to visit that would be really fun. I'm still looking forward to going to Outback Island one day. There's lots, lots left to be discovered."
These statements and speculations about Zootopia 3 hint that if the movie is confirmed for release, Judy and Nick's adventures will have unseen moments and surprising developments ahead.
