"I keep forgetting how hard this is. Like, I'm Ubering because AJ's caretaker is out. Thank goodness that my best friend is here. She took him to school while I go to the gym, then I have to fit everything in. Go to the gym, going home and get my food, then go to practice, then go back to the gym for my cardio session, and then be done with that so I can leave, go pick him up, have swim class today to then come home... I almost cried this morning.. But Imma push through," Taylor Townsend said.
She captioned the Story:
"Almost dropped a tear today but we keep it pushing"

Townsend finished 2025 ranked World No. 2 in doubles with four titles to her name. She often pairs up with Czech doubles specialist Katerina Siniakova.

"I told A.J., 'Wow, you stayed there the whole time. It was over three hours and he sat there,... When I was talking to my coach when she was on the bathroom break, he was like, 'If you need anything, I got you, just ask me.' I'm like, 'Okay,'" Taylor Townsend said.
After the match, Townsend added that Adyn continued to bring his positive energy into the recovery area, where he suggested they work out together. At the 2025 US Open, Townsend and Katerina Siniakova lost to Gabriela Dabrowski and Erin Routliffe in the final.
