With the tennis season wrapped up, Novak Djokovic, Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian and Holger Rune have all turned their attention to a different sport. The three of them recently attended the F1 Qatar Grand Prix and had a blast as they enjoyed some racing action.

For the F1 world, the Qatar GP marks the penultimate race of the season. With McLaren drivers Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, as well as Red Bull Racing’s Max Verstappen locked in a battle for the 2025 World Driver's Championship, the race yielded some incredible performances.

Novak Djokovic attended the race as McLaren’s guest. The team's official Instagram account shared snaps of the Serb enjoying the thrilling action and interacting with the team, writing,

Meanwhile, Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian, spent some time over by the Ferrari garage. Taking to his Instagram story, the Reddit co-founder shared a snap of his outing with fans.

Also present in Qatar was tennis star Holger Rune. The Dane made the most of his time at the race, sharing a snap of the racetrack on his Instagram story.

Novak Djokovic reveals what F1 detail left him ‘shocked

Novak Djokovic is undoubtedly one of the greatest tennis players the world has ever seen and he is no stranger to the high pressure world of sports. However, as he attended the Qatar GP, the Serb was taken aback by one particular detail about the F1 world. Speaking to Sky Sports, the 38-year-old revealed that the number of distractions in the paddock left him shocked, saying,

"I'm familiar with high stakes and when everything comes down to the last finish line. Seeing these guys perform on the highest stage is a privilege. If I were one of these guys I would stay in my own bubble. There is so much going. I'm impressed and shocked with the number of distractions going on around the drivers, so they need to keep their own routine and keep things simple.”

At the Qatar Grand Prix, Novak Djokovic also got a chance to interact with several drivers. On Saturday, November 29, the 24-time Grand Slam champion handed Lando Norris, Oscar Piastri and George Russel their trophies for the Sprint Race and shared a sweet interaction with the podium finishers.
