PICTURES: Marta Kostyuk dons red swimsuit in dreamy Monaco vacation by the sea

Ukrainian tennis player Marta Kostyuk is currently enjoying her vacation in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. On Monday, 17 November, Kostyuk shared two photos on Instagram.

In the pictures, Kostyuk can be seen aboard a platform near a sea, wearing a red swimsuit against the backdrop of blue waters. She captioned the post:

"Salt + Storm."

Before sharing this photo, Marta Kostyuk shared another picture where she can be seen stretching her legs on the balcony during sunset hours.

"Workout with the view," she wrote in her Instagram story.

In other news, Kostyuk is busy working for her foundation, which is making progress in developing tennis in Ukraine.

Marta Kostyuk recently made headlines with "testosterone" claims against Iga Swiatek, Aryna Sabalenka

Marta Kostyuk turned heads among tennis circles by claiming that Aryna Sabalenka and Iga Swiatek dominate in women's tennis because they have “higher level of testosterone.”

A controversy erupted after Marta Kostyuk was asked the reason behind the dominance of Swiatek and Sabalenka over her. The Ukrainian star is 0-4 against Sabalenka and 0-3 against Swiatek.

“Against Iga, when I have played her, I wasn’t ready to play her at all," Kostyuk said via Tennis 365 (via Firstpost). "I played her over a year ago and she was very strong. With Aryna, I know it is a tough battle. I have my own skills, but at the end of the day, they are all much bigger than me, much taller than me, much stronger than me.

“We all have our own biological structure. Some have a higher level of testosterone, some have lower. I know players who are good players who have higher levels of it. It’s just natural, they don’t take anything. I’m sure of that. It’s just the biology of their body. Obviously, that definitely helps. I’m trying to see how I can beat these players with the tennis skills I have, but I have to work more than they have to win the points.”

Marta Kostyuk has received a lot of criticism for making such a claim. While she acknowledged that neither Sabalenka nor Swiatek take any illegal substance to tip the scales in their favor, she claimed it's their biological structure which gives them an edge over opponents like her.
