Eugenie Bouchard called time on her tennis career earlier this year, retiring in front of home fans at the Canada Open. The former Wimbledon finalist, however, keeps her fans up to date with het life through social media channels.

In a recent update on Instagram, Bouchard was seen partying with her friends in Miami She followed it up with a boat trip and shared snippets from her vacation on social media.

The Canadian stunned in a leopard print bikini. She was accompanied by her good friend, health and beauty influencer Kelley Flanagan. She tagged her in one of the Instagram stories, captioning it "my hot friend OMG".

Bouchard seems to be enjoying some time off during her first off-season after hanging up the racket.

Eugenie Bouchard enjoyed a successful tennis career. A promising prospect, she broke onto the big stage by reaching the Wimbledon final in 2014. The youngster had beaten the likes of Simona Halep, Angelique Kerber, Andrea Petkovic and Alize Cornet. She would go on to lose the summit clash to Petra Kvitova.

The Canadian would debut in the top-10 of the world rankings soon after and peaked at a career-best ranking of No. 5 in October 2014. That year, she has also made the semifinals at the Australian and French Open, while reaching the fourth round at the US Open, all of which amounted to her best runs at the respective Slams.

Over the course of her career, Bouchard would go on to reach eight Tour-level finals. She won her only title at the Nuremberg Cup in 2014, beating Karolina Pliskova in the final. She has made other big finals, including one at the WTA 1000 level in Wuhan, but lost to Kvitova, the same opponent who beat at Wimbledon.

The Canadian was also a regular feature in the Billie Jean King Cup team representing the country. She was also a part of the squad that lifted the title the 2023 edition of the team competition. Since hanging up her racket, she has picked up pickleball and competes at the official Tour.
