Tommy Paul, Aryna Sabalenka, Nick Kyrgios and Naomi Osaka have all reached Madison Square Garden ahead of their exhibition event on December 8, 2025. The Garden Cup will feature two elite tennis matchups: Sabalenka vs Osaka, and Kyrgios vs Paul. Over the weekend, a one-night event was scheduled at “The World’s Most Famous Arena.”On Sunday, Tennis Night Out's official Instagram page posted a short video capturing the arrival of their stars and the warm greetings New York had for them. The video captures tennis fans from all age groups gathering under the same roof and getting the opportunity to interact with the top tennis stars in person.All four of them took the stage and talked about their journeys and their excitement to play in front of the fans in MSG. Osaka took selfies with several fans, while Sabalenka was spotted giving tennis lessons to young ones. Speaking about facing Osaka in an exhibition match, the Belarusian said:“I love playing in New York so coming back to The Garden at holiday time will be awesome. And playing Naomi, who just had such a great US Open, will be really special.”Meanwhile, Osaka, who reached the US Open semifinals, said:“Playing at Madison Square Garden has a special meaning for a tennis player. The history there is unmatched in sports, and I am looking forward to playing Aryna in December,” she said.Osaka and Sabalenka faced each other back at the 2018 US Open. The American won that Round of 16 game.As far as the men's side is concerned, this will be the second time Nick Kyrgios will feature in The Garden in his career. The 2022 Wimbledon finalist said about facing Tommy Paul:“I don’t know how many more times I will play in New York City so playing Tommy at The Garden will be outrageous. And the mixed doubles will be fun for everyone.”Paul is also looking forward to his participation, as he said:“I have watched as all the great players of our sport have played at The Garden over the last fifteen years. To be part of that will be one of the memorable moments of my career and I am really looking forward to it.”The two singles match will be followed by an exhibition event where all four will pair up to form a mixed doubles encounter.
