Jessica Pegula reacts to sharing 'humble' behavior with her billionaire father Terry, Madison Keys also chimes in

Jessica Pegula is a host on The Players Box podcast along with co-hosts Madison Keys, Jennifer Brady, and Desirae Krawczyk, who all recently chimed in on the common trait the American shares with her billionaire father, Terry Pegula.

On Thursday, the podcast's official Instagram page posted a side-by-side photo of Jessica and Terry, who is also the owner of the NFL's Buffalo Bills and the NHL's Buffalo Sabres.

In both photos, both can be seen wearing wired earphones. Despite belonging to the age of wireless electronics, the father-daughter duo seems to be taking a grounded approach.

"Like father, like daughter," the post was captioned.

Under the comments section, Jessica Pegula called it:

"Humble and hungry."

Meanwhile, fellow American pro and co-host Keys reacted:

"Terry knows about the brain melt."

Even Jennifer Brady reacted:

Jessica Pegula was born to Terry Pegula (a self made billionaire out of Pennsylvania) to Kim Pegula (who was born in Seoul, South Korea, before being adopted by a family in New York).

Being the owner of top NFL and NHL teams in the world, Terry Pegula knows the ins and out of a sport and what it demands of a player to become the best in the business.

In her interview with Tennis Insider Club, Jessica Pegula described her dad as "definitely more of the crazy one," while talking about his role in motivating her in tennis.

"I mean, my dad was definitely more of the crazy one," Pegula said. "And, he definitely put pressure on me, but also like, I like wanted it, like I liked it. Like, I didn't mind it. It wasn't like I was fighting him on it or like miserable or whatever. Like, I really wanted to play tennis.

"I loved going to my tennis lessons, I loved going to my academy. Like, that was what I wanted to do. And I think they just saw that and they, they knew like they could push me a little bit. So, I felt like they did a good job of that at that age."

For Terry and Kim Pegula, Jessica's tennis career is their top priority. In 2019, her mother said that "she’s our first sports team and our favorite."
