Coco Gauff has revealed what product she used to sneak for herself from her mother's beauty shelf as a kid. She used to love dousing herself in her mother's perfume back in the day. She has come a long way since then, becoming the face of Italian high fashion brand Miu Miu's latest fragrance, Miutine.
Gauff spoke to ESSENCE about her latest collaboration with Miu Miu, during which she fondly recalled how she loved one of her mother's perfumes. When she first took a whiff of Miutine, she was immediately transported back to her childhood.
"I used to steal my mom’s perfume all the time," Gauff said. "She prefers more stronger perfumes that I wouldn’t necessarily wear. I remember there was one that was super light. When I smelled Miutine, it reminded me of the first real fragrance that I actually loved."
This isn't Gauff's first rodeo with Miu Miu. The Italian brand joined forces with her clothing sponsor, New Balance, to design multiple stylish kits for her this season. Impressed with her work ethic and her on-court results, they decided to continue their partnership, and she thus became the representative for their fragrance, Miutine.
Miu Miu isn't the only high-profile endorsement in Gauff's portfolio. With a bunch of lucrative deals under her belt, she once again topped the list of highest-paid female athletes.
Coco Gauff topped the list of highest-paid female athletes in 2025

Sportico released its list of highest-paid female athletes for 2025, and Coco Gauff has topped the list with an estimated total of $31 million. She has kept her mantle of the highest-paid woman in sports for the third consecutive year.
Gauff's on-court earnings in 2025 stood at $7.9 million. She made roughly $23 million from her endorsement deals. Her deal with New Balance, which was renewed in 2022, contributes heavily to her income via sponsorships.
That isn't to say Gauff's other deals aren't worthwhile. She's also the brand ambassador of Bose, Mercedes-Benz, Head, Rolex, and Baker Tilly, among others. All of them pay her a pretty penny to represent them.
Aryna Sabalenka missed dislodging Gauff from the top of the list by a whisker. She made $30 million this year, earning an even $15 million from endorsements and tennis prize money. Iga Swiatek came in third place with $23 million, making it a podium finish for tennis' most dominant trio at the moment.
