Serena Williams shared an adorable picture of introducing her youngest daughter, Adira, to tennis in her latest social media update. This caught the attention of Grigor Dimitrov's girlfriend, Eiza Gonzalez, who dropped a sweet comment on the same post.

Williams has two daughters, Olympia and Adira, with the co-founder of Reddit, Alexis Ohanian. The couple frequently shares updates with their daughters on social media. From them baking pancakes to the elder one trying her hand at golf, they share all the cute moments with their fans. Most recently, the former tennis player posted pictures of playing tennis with her two-year-old daughter.

Taking to her Instagram handle, she shared endearing snaps of introducing her daughter to tennis. The two-year-old was seen adorably being coached by her mother. The post's caption read:

This post garnered the attention of Dimitrov's girlfriend, Gonzalez. She was charmed by the adorable pictures and dropped a comment that read:

When Serena Williams opened up about choosing between her daughters and tennis

Last year, Serena Williams opened up about choosing motherhood over her tennis career after being honored with the title of 'Woman of the Year' by Glamour magazine. Shortly after receiving this honor, she spoke to Glamour for a YouTube video, where she revealed some of the tennis myths. Stating one of the myths, she said:

"You have to choose between sports and family."

She further opened up about the time when the choice needed to be made, and she chose her daughters.

"That's a good one. I think at some point you do have to choose if you want to have kids, but for me, I decided to choose being a mom. I never thought I would say that. But just hanging out with my girls and spending time with them and just showing up every day is an achievement, and it's not easy. I can't think of anything else that I achieved that's better or greater than that," said Serena Williams.

Serena Williams got married to Alexis Ohanian in November 2017 and welcomed their eldest daughter, Olympia, two months before the wedding.
