Aryna Sabalenka, Coco Gauff, and Iga Swiatek's dominance continued for yet another season. The trio swept three of the four Majors in 2025, and account for nine of the 12 Majors since the start of 2023. Claiming the tour's biggest trophies also comes with a massive payday, and they are among the top prize money earners of 2025.
While the three of them earned a pretty penny this year, it was Sabalenka who had the last laugh, amassing a total of $15,008,519. Swiatek made $10,112,532, while Gauff's earnings for the year stood at $7,969,845.
Sabalenka's $15 million haul was largely powered by her $5 million paycheck following her US Open triumph. She received $2.6 million as the runner-up at the WTA Finals, and a combined $2.6 million for reaching the Australian Open and French Open finals. She also earned a combined $2 million as the champion in Miami and Madrid.
Sabalenka set a new record for most prize money earned in a single season with her $15 million total. She surpassed the previous mark of $12.3 million set by Serena Williams in 2013.
Swiatek's Wimbledon triumph helped her cross the $10 million threshold this year. She walked away $4 million richer in the wake of her victory at the All England Club. She received a total of $800,000 for her efforts at the US Open, reaching the quarterfinals in singles and the final in mixed doubles.
Gauff's French Open victory rewarded her with $2.7 million, and it made up a significant chunk of her $7.9 million yearly total. She also won the United Cup at the start of the season, which added $907,000 to her earnings. A title at the Wuhan Open, along with runner-up finishes in Madrid and Rome, fetched her a combined $1.7 million.
Sabalenka, Swiatek, and Gauff's earnings this year boosted their career prize money significantly. The three now rank among the highest prize money earners among active players, and are some of the highest-earning players ever in the sport as well.

Aryna Sabalenka, Coco Gauff, and Iga Swiatek have amassed quite a fortune thanks to their on-court exploits. The trio now rank among the top five prize money earners among active players.
Sabalenka's career total of $45 million puts her in first place among active players, and second on the all-time list behind Serena Williams' total of $94 million. Swiatek's $43 million in career prize money has her only behind Sabalenka among active players, while being third on the all-time list.
Gauff has earned $29 million in her career so far. She ranks fifth among active players when it comes to prize money, and 11th on the all-time list. Given her current trajectory, she will crack the top 10 for sure in 2026.
