Wozniacki and Lee started dating in 2015 and got engaged after 2 years. The couple supported each other in their endeavors, as he cheered her during her tennis matches and she supported him in his basketball games. After almost four years of dating each other, they exchanged vows in June 2019. Now, they have a daughter, Olivia, and two sons, James and Max, together.
The duo frequently shares updates with their kids. Most recently, Wozniacki proudly shared pictures of her kids taking after their father by sporting New York Knicks jerseys. When Caroline Wozniacki opened up about facing 'mom guilt'
Caroline Wozniacki initially retired from tennis in 2020. However, she returned to the sport in 2024, almost two years after welcoming her second child, James. Following this comeback, she competed in multiple tournaments, including the BNP Paribas Open, the Bad Homburg Open, and more.
The Dane also competed at the US Open, where she reached the fourth round. Amid this, she sat for a press conference, where she opened up about balancing motherhood and tennis.
“My kids are there every single day, and I really appreciate it. It’s the best job in the world, and I love it. I try to make sure that I am still there as 100% present mom while I’m also trying to balance being the best tennis player that I possibly can be. I think that’s where sometimes it can get a little tricky," said Caroline Wozniacki (via UBI tennis).
She further said that she also struggled with "mom guilt" when she left her children alone.
“Obviously my family is the most important thing to me, but at the same time, I love winning. So finding that balance of being I need to take time out for me and be able to recover and play and practice as much as I can and try not to feel guilty of taking a few hours away from the kids. I think that sometimes that mom guilt comes out, but I try and manage it as well as I can,” she added.
