The single-day exhibition event took place at Gas South Arena in Duluth, Georgia, on Saturday, December 6.In the first match of the night, World No. 1 Sabalenka overcame Osaka 6-3, 4-6, 10-4 in a thriller. Kyrgios last played a singles tour match in March and has been sidelined due to multiple injuries. He won his biggest title so far at the ATP 1000 Canadian Open in August, overcoming the likes of Alex de Minaur, Taylor Fritz, and Karen Khachanov.The American also made his debut at the ATP Finals, though he lost all three of his group matches. Speaking at a press conference after crashing out in Turin, he said:“Certainly eye-opening being able to play against some of the best players in the world, [realizing] the things that I need to do better.
