On Monday, Anisimova shared what she's doing to keep herself physically fit. She posted a photo from an athletic stadium, posing right in the middle of a track with arms lifted up. In another photo, she was drinking something. She was wearing a black top and red athletic shorts with black sunglasses, complementing the outfit.

"its track season again," she captioned the post.

While the above post suggests Anisimova is taking care of her physical state, she is also reaching out to those who might not be doing well mentally. On the occasion of World Suicide Prevention Day, she asks her followers to reach out to their loved ones and ask if they are doing well.

"for a very important day which is world suicide prevention day... Be kind & call or text 988 if you are struggling xx," she wrote in the caption of the post, which also had an overlay text, which read, "three little words that can make a difference to someone's life..... Are you ok."

Days after her semifinal season, Anisimova recapped her season in words, showing love to the people surrounding her that made the 2025 special for her on the court. She wrote:

"It was a year filled with milestones, heavy losses, cathartic moments, new cities, lessons, heartfelt memories, and the chance to meet some phenomenal people, along with everything else in between. With all that said, my 2025 wouldn’t have been the same or nearly as special, if it weren’t for the incredible people I have in my life.

"My family, my one of a kind team, my support system/best friends, my fans, my sponsors, and all those whom I love very much and couldn’t imagine living this chaotic life without. I’ve felt genuine joy throughout pretty much this whole year, whether it was at home or on the road. And to me, that’s my biggest win of 2025. Can’t wait to do it all again next year x"

In 2025, Anisimova won two WTA 1000 titles (Qatar Open and China Open), reached the final of two Grand Slams (Wimbledon and US Open) and climbed to a career-high No. 4 in the WTA rankings.
