Tennis players are also a regular fixture during fashion weeks. The Williams sisters and Maria Sharapova set the bar high with their dual roles as top tennis pros and fashion divas.

Many tennis players also have their own fashion lines, while others are deeply involved in crafting their on-court looks. Here are five players who turned heads with their sense of style in 2025:

#5. Venus Williams

Venus Williams made her long-awaited comeback this year. Her reputation as a fashion icon is only surpassed by her on-court achievements. She made everyone take notice of her at the US Open, donning different outfits for her matches. However, one of her dresses was a clear standout.

Williams donned a custom dress by Pucci for her third-round doubles contest. The black, beige and brown print was a nod to the Fall/Winter collection. She wore white shoes by Lacoste along with it, and accessorized her outfit with a visor that had the same pattern as her dress.

#4. Frances Tiafoe

Following the end of his contract with Nike, Frances Tiafoe teamed up with Lululemon starting from 2025. They had some memorable fits throughout the season, though their collaboration at the US Open was one of their most striking outfits.

Tiafoe was dressed in red from head to toe, with his shirt and shorts also having a black stripe print. A red sleeve on his right arm, along with a red headband and wristband, completed the look. His white sneakers also had a dash of red.

#3. Marta Kostyuk

Marta Kostyuk's partnership with Wilson has produced some stunning outfits in recent times. She made headlines last year with her Wimbledon outfit, which was inspired by her own wedding dress. She continued to turn heads in some impeccably made dresses from Wilson this year as well.

Kostyuk's blue number at the Canadian Open was the clear winner. The aquamarine blue top melts into a darker blue pleated skirt. The silhouette and color choice were simple but the perfectly crafted dress grabbed numerous eyeballs.

#2. Naomi Osaka

Naomi Osaka has cemented herself as one of the most forward-thinking players when it comes to fashion. She isn't afraid to push the envelope, and her Nike outfits are among the most talked about in the sport. She usually hypes them up before the start of a tournament, and did the same prior to the French Open.

Osaka's French Open kit certainly lived up to the expectations. Japan is noted for its cherry blossoms, and she channeled one of the most famous Japanese motifs for her Roland Garros campaign. Her "Sakura" Nike kit was the talk of the town. Her baby pink dress had a ruffled skirt, along with a maroon swathe at the neck and maroon strips around the arm holes of her sleeveless dress.

Osaka's shoes were also in a matching shade of pink. Sailor Moon, one of the most well-known works of anime and manga, was on the moodboard when it came to her hairstyle. She tied her hair up in two 'space buns', which were held in place by flower-like clips.

Unfortunately, Osaka couldn't showcase the outfit for too long. She lost in the first round but remained positive of her progress on clay. The four-time Major champion also shared the story behind this look on Instagram following her loss.

"Idk guys I don’t have anything motivational to say for this one. I tried my best but this one really hurts. Thank you @nike for letting me draw this fit and trusting me enough to bring it to life (literally don’t know why you guys are always so kind to me), thank you @themartyharper for coming through and turning me into Sailor Moon (it’s giving mahou shoujo ✨). Lastly thank you to everyone for all the kind messages, I am extremely grateful," Osaka on Instagram.

Osaka's French Open outfit was her second flower-themed inspired look at the Majors this year. She donned an outfit inspired by sunflowers at the Australian Open, while her US Open kit featured roses.

#1. Coco Gauff

Coco Gauff and New Balance have been killing it with their kits. The American youngster had a custom kit for almost every other tournament. However, the two also brought in luxury fashion brand Miu Miu on board.

Gauff donned three kits that New Balance and Miu Miu collaborated on. Out of these three outfits, the one she wore in Berlin was the most aesthetically pleasing. A white and green sleeveless crop top, along with a white and green skirt, took simple yet elegant to the next level.
