Hunty Zombie lets you equip different weapons before embarking on a zombie-killing rampage. From the starter Baseball Bat to the highly rare Ghost, there are both melee and ranged weapons in the gacha that cater to all playstyles. Each weapon has four skills, including an ultimate, that can perform multi-kills and help you clear waves within minutes.

Weapons are the primary way to kill zombies. You can acquire them from the Raid Shop and the weapons gacha, which can be opened by pressing the 'J' key on PC. The Hunty Zombie developers also introduced limited weapons, which were obtainable by fulfilling certain requirements.

In the gacha, weapons are categorized into rarities that affect their drop chances. The rarities, in ascending order, are Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic, and Divine. Note that a high-rarity weapon does not guarantee that you'll clear a level; it ultimately depends on your skill and strategy.

Each weapon has three basic skills and an ultimate, also known as Awakening, which deals immense damage. Basic skills have a cooldown, so you'll need to strategically activate them to cut, hack, or mow down zombies. Each kill will fill your ultimate's progress bar, and when it reaches its limit, you can unleash a devastating attack.

Zombie Claws	Legendary	Shadow Slash (Z key): You make two alternate slashes, making an X. Twin Reaver (X key): You slouch and then lift your claws, striking enemies that are close. Void Fury (C key): You bend, touch the ground, and unleash a flurry of cuts.	You unleash a devastating aura that cuts enemies around you.
Priest	Legendary	Holy Spikes (Z key): Spikes appear from the ground, dealing heavy damage. This skill has a cooldown of less than three seconds. Holy Blessing (X key): You create a small AoE blast as well as apply healing to all members in the party. Solar Burst (C key): You send out a projectile that auto-locks on enemies and deals heavy damage.	A large healing is created, which lasts for five seconds. Any players inside it receive healing.
Katana	Mythic	Void Shatter (Z key): You make two slashing attacks, one vertical and the other horizontal. Blade Burst (X key): This is a long-range slash attack, perfect for crowd control. You charge up your sword, gaining a damage buff, while enemies within a wide radius get stunned.
Scissors	Mythic	Quadra Slice (Z key): You stab at the enemy four times. Gashing Throw (X key): Twirling the scissors rapidly, you cut down any enemies in your path. Destroyer (C key): You jump and unleash a series of cuts on the enemies below. Affects a large area.	You power up your scissors, which in turn inflict a series of slashes on all enemies within a large radius.
Anchor	Mythic	Warrior Mode (Z key): Increases max HP by 100 for 30 seconds. Water Erupts (X key): You slam the anchor on the ground, inflicting line AoE damage. Water Dance (C key): You swing your anchor multiple times, dealing heavy damage.	You summon small geysers around you. They deal damage to any enemy that steps into them.
Shoes	Divine	Blue Blaze Steps (Z key): You do a handstand and turn into a tornado of destruction for three seconds. This skill deals high damage. Twin Flame Stride (X key): You power up and kick at the enemy. The skill instantly recharges for a second use. Azure Flame Burst (C key): You kick four times, the last dealing heavy damage.	You deal heavy damage to enemies around you. Moreover, you create flames near you that last several seconds.
Ghost	Divine	Soul Sever (Z key): You send out strong slashes at long range. Spirit Shatter (X key): While marching forward, you slash at the enemy twice. This is ideal for slaying groups of zombies. Shadow Impale (C key): Your Ghost comes crashing on the ground, dealing high AoE damage.	Revealing your true power, you deal AoE damage. You also get boosted attack damage for a certain duration.
Spinal Blade	Divine	Red Strike (Z key): You use both your appendages to hit enemies. Fist Barrage (X key): After two quick strikes, you start spinning rapidly, using your appendages to deal damage. Rising Fist (C key): You strike enemies multiple times and end with a strong AoE slam.	You unleash a flurry of strikes for three seconds.
Scythe	Limited (Scythe Event)	Frenzied Ravage (Z key): You start swinging your scythe in a frenzied manner, chopping zombies in your path. Searing Wound (X key): You make four powerful slashes. The first three make slicing sounds, whereas the final strike ends with a small explosion. Feral Cadenza (C key): You rapidly perform three vertical cleaves and then end the combination with a powerful slash aimed at the gut.	You use your scythe to deliver strikes at extreme speed. It deals immense damage to enemies within range.
Dagger	Limited	Umbral Pierce (Z key): Using one of the daggers, you strike enemies repeatedly. Nyx Mirage (X key): You summon clones that fight alongside you. They disappear after a few seconds. Shadow Flash (C key): You use both daggers to unleash a flurry of strikes, perfect for defeating zombie hordes in an instant.	You use your aura to inflict AoE damage to enemies around you.
Bow	Exclusive	Nature's Recoil (Z key): You step back and fire three explosive arrows. Sylvan Bind (X key): You fire arrows at the sky, which rain down on enemies, affecting a large area. Verdant Burst (C key): You dash at the enemy while dealing multiple hits with the bow.	You unleash a devastating arrow shower, each arrow exploding on impact and covering a lot of area.
Halloween Sword	Exclusive	Sword Wave (Z key): You release a wave of energy that crashes onto zombies, dealing damage and knockback. Pumpkin Burst (X key): You summon five pumpkins around you, which explode on contact with the enemy. Howling Gale (C key): You create a tornado that inflicts heavy damage. The tornado lasts for a couple of seconds.	Deals AoE damage in a large area.

Players can use both melee and ranged weapons. At the moment, the Bow and the Dual Guns are the only ranged armaments.

How to get weapon traits in Hunty Zombie

Traits help you enhance a weapon's stats in Hunty Zombie. To apply them to any of your weapons, you'll need a Trait Crystal, a rare reward for clearing stages. Such items can also be purchased from the Shop with Robux.

Traits can improve your weapon's attack speed, damage, and skill damage. The best of the lot is Prodigy, which increases your damage by 15%, attack speed by 6%, skill damage by 15% and also provides you with a movement boost.

Applying traits to weapons is a straightforward process:

• Head to the Traits hub (red zone) in the lobby.
• Press the + icon on the screen and select a weapon that needs a trait.
• If you have a Trait Crystal, you can press the green Reroll button to get a weapon trait.

Rerolling will remove your weapon's currently equipped trait. Only use the mechanic when you feel that a weapon can be further improved.
