The third Season of the Grow a Garden Season Pass started on December 6, 2025, and with it, the game introduced a plethora of new obtainable elements. One such element is the Frost Dragon, a Divine-rarity Pet that boasts one of the most potent ability sets in the game. This Pet can be obtained by climbing the Season 3 Pass rewards ladder.

The Frost Dragon is available as the reward for reaching level 47 in the third Season of the Season Pass. For this, you can complete the tasks listed in the Quests section of the battle pass menu. Each task earns you XP upon completion, moving you up the rewards ladder. Moving through the battle pass levels can be a lengthy grind on its own; after all, reaching each subsequent level requires gathering more XP.

Once you reach level 47, you can claim the Frost Dragon from the Season Pass menu. If you have the Premium tier, you will also receive the Rainbow Frost Dragon, a more potent variant of the wyrm.

As is the norm for Divine-rarity Pets, the Frost Dragon has two abilities, both of which target the Glacial Mutation in Fruits. With its first ability, the Frost Dragon targets all Fruits in your farm that have the Frozen Mutation and converts them into the Glacial Mutation. This directly increases the values of the affected Fruits. Furthermore, this ability also grants XP to Pets in the garden based on the number of affected Fruits.

Its second ability activates when selling a Fruit with the Glacial Mutation. If you have multiple Mutations stacked on the Fruit, one of its Mutations will be randomly selected to be applied to another Fruit in the garden. If you’re building a Christmas-themed farm, then the Frost Dragon can be an invaluable addition to your Pet roster.
