Benny Johnson has revealed that Tim Pool apologized to him and resolved their conflict after Milo Yiannopoulos made controversial comments about Johnson on his podcast.

In an X post dated December 8, 2025, Benny Johnson shared an update on the situation and wrote:

"Tim Pool called me and apologized. We’re cool. He’s a good dude. Tim told me some really dark stuff about what was happening behind the scenes. Pray for safety for Tim and his family and his team."

Johnson's comments come after he hinted that he'll sue Milo Yiannopoulos for his comments on his sexuality on Tim Pool's podcast. On the December 6 episode of the Timcast IRL podcast, Yiannopoulos alleged that Benny Johnson has had relationships with "younger men." One of his claims was that Johnson was spending time with boys during Turning Point USA’s annual Student Action Summit.

"Benny Johnson posts pictures of his children every two days, it’s weird. And everybody knows what went on with Benny Johnson in those lobbies and in those hotel rooms at SAS. Everybody knows," he said.

His fellow podcast guest, ex-Congressman George Santos, asked him to speak further, as he didn't know what he was referring to. Milo Yiannopoulos then mentioned younger men and added:

"Men, younger men. Not underage, at least I don’t know that. His wife was crying drunk in the lobby three SASs in a row, about how her husband was upstairs with boys!"

When Santos cast doubt about Yiannopoulos' claims, he said he should "ask" Johnson's wife about the same. Further, he also said he is not afraid of being sued as he is "right" and has his facts straight.

After Milo Yiannopoulos' statements on Timcast IRL, Benny Johnson took a supposed jab at him on X, hinting that he could sue. Johnson did not explicitly name anyone, but wrote:

"I am duty-bound to take action to protect my family against those who maliciously defame and attack us. More to come on that soon. Pray for healing for some really sick and delusional people. Jesus is about redemption. The legal system is about justice. Happy Sunday."

Moreover, Johnson's wife, Kate Johnson, who Milo Yiannopoulos mentioned in his statements, also claimed he needs a "good attorney." An X user asked Kate about Yiannopoulos' statements, to which she responded that Milo needs prayers and a good lawyer by his side.

However, Benny Johnson's possible legal actions could not stop Milo Yiannopoulos from standing by his statements. In a lengthy X post on Sunday (December 7), the British influencer responded to both Benny and his wife.

"I know more about defamation than any lawyer you will hire. Benny is a public figure. Malice is a nonstarter. I have receipts, and the truth is a total defense against any claim of defamation or libel. Do you want to lose a defamation case to MILO YIANNOPOULOS OF ALL PEOPLE about whether or not you are gay? Do you want to even fight one? The people who have poured money into making you a big deal are about to lose their entire investment," he wrote.

Further, Yiannopoulos added that he has "evidence" and "witnesses" to prove his points and knows more about the Johnsons' marriage than they think. He is also aware of whom to subpoena and what questions to ask if, at all, legal action is taken against him. Further, he reiterated that Benny Johnson may have been involved with some students under 18 years of age.

In his statement, Milo Yiannopoulos also attacked Kate Johnson, claiming that she looks "old" and "hideous."

"It makes me a c*nt to call you old-looking. But it’s not something you can sue over in America. If you’re raw about people saying you’re a swinger, maybe don’t be a swinger girl. Strange how rumors just take on a life of their own, especially given how notoriously prudish nurses are," he wrote.

Yiannopoulos ended his statement by urging Benny Johnson to be "honest" to his followers about how he has grown.

"There’s an easy way out of this. Honesty. Just tell your viewers who you are and what you’ve done and how you got better. If you have. You could be an inspiration to millions," he said.

He then mentioned that if he sues, they could both spend "millions" with Yiannopoulos still winning the case.
