Elon Musk, a known critic of Netflix, reacted to a post claiming that the streaming giant’s recent deal with Warner Bros. Discovery might face a challenge from Paramount. For the unversed, Netflix announced on Friday that it had entered into a "definitive agreement" with Warner Bros. Discovery. As per the agreement, the streaming platform would acquire WBD along with HBO Max and HBO.The acquisition deal was finalized at a transaction value of $82.7 billion.
