#3 - Tampa Bay Buccaneers (vs New Orleans Saints)
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are not known for having a stiff defense, but they've held their own more this season than in past years. Tampa Bay also matches up well against the New Orleans Saints, as its top-six defense will force the rookie quarterback to deliver, which could set up some interceptions.
As divisional opponents, the Buccaneers are likely to be quite familiar with the tendencies of the Saints. Even though many pieces are different from a season ago, players like Chris Olave and Alvin Kamara (if he plays) have seen the Buccaneers many times. As such, expect a low-scoring game, which sets a high floor for the Buccaneers defense in fantasy football.
#2 - Washington Commanders (at Minnesota Vikings)
The Washington Commanders haven't been known for having a stiff defense, but the Minnesota Vikings haven't been known for trotting out a dominant quarterback this season, either. J.J. McCarthy is expected to be ready for Week 14, according to Kevin O'Connell via a Monday report by Sports Illustrated.
While he's not Max Brosmer, who fed the Seattle Seahawks big points, he could still give the Commanders a decent helping.
#1 - Cleveland Browns (vs Tennessee Titans)
Many fantasy football managers have taken a look at the Cleveland Browns and unfairly judged them based on their record. However, at least for now, the Browns have one of the best defenses in the NFL. Additionally, the unit, led by Myles Garrett, who is on a record-setting pace for sacks, is in line to face the struggling Tennessee Titans.
Cam Ward hasn't been the quarterback many hoped for this season, and while he has plenty of time to rebound in 2026, this season is simply about survival and learning what he can. Unfortunately, he is likely to learn a hard lesson about how ruthless an opposing NFL defense can be.
