The San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Rams are set to battle in what is set to be one of the most entertaining games of the Sunday Week 10 slate. San Francisco and Los Angeles are locked in a competitive NFC West race, so the winner of the contest could be huge in determining the final order in the division.

While Rams and 49ers fans will be locked in on the second-window matchup, managers will be quietly sitting in the background, taking note of how their players are doing. Here's a guide to help make sure you're set up well going into the last two games of the Week 10 slate.

49ers vs. Rams Fantasy Football Week 10 Start 'Em Picks

Kendrick Bourne exploded against Los Angeles in primetime with Mac Jones leading the offense earlier this season. Jones is leading the offense once again, and Bourne is set to take the field as well. As such, managers have no choice but to start Bourne. He might not have the same breakout night with Jauan Jennings back in the lineup, but he is still likely to be quite useful.

Matthew Stafford is playing on a level the NFL has seen only a handful of times from the Los Angeles quarterback. Stafford has already thrown for more touchdowns in 2025 than in 2024 and is on pace to potentially set a new career high. Put simply, Stafford is a set-and-forget quarterback until he proves otherwise.

One different variable between the first and second games of the 2025 divisional series is George Kittle's availability. Kittle is back and likely to make a mark on the contest. He's worth buying into.

49ers vs. Rams Fantasy Football Week 10 Sit 'Em Picks

According to Rams Wire, Jordan Whittington is questionable to play against San Francisco. Even if he does play, he is seemingly likely to be less than 100%, which could hurt his bottom line. Despite local dark horse hype, the receiver has failed to make much of an impact this season, and with the offense essentially fully healthy, there's no reason to buy a lottery ticket by starting Whittington.

Terrance Ferguson was the top-picked rookie by Los Angeles and has managed to deliver some explosive plays, but he hasn't been anywhere near the focal point of the offense. As such, avoid Ferguson in Week 10.

Brian Robinson Jr. was a force with the Washington Commanders, but he has not made much of an impact offensively this season. As such, with Christian McCaffrey fully healthy, expect few carries for the running back and as many fantasy points.
