Fantasy football managers likely have at least one outdated player. Either they had a great game, and you picked them up on a whim, drafted them, and have managed to talk yourself into not letting go, or another set of circumstances. Either way, there's likely a running back who needs to be released and one who needs to be added.
Sportskeeda has put together a couple of lists to help managers narrow down who to swap out heading into the final week of the fantasy football season. Take a look.
Fantasy Football RBs to drop, including Rachaad White:

- #10 - Kimani Vidal
- #9 - Woody Marks
- #8 - Tony Pollard
- #7 - Jordan Mason
- #6 - Tyjae Spears
- #5 - Emari Demercado
- #4 - Blake Corum
- #3 - Emanuel Wilson
- #2 - Sean Tucker
- #1 - Rachaad White
Kimani Vidal managed to extend his grip on the starting role by one week, but Omarion Hampton is still only getting closer to coming back. If you have Vidal on your bench and Hampton on your IR, you might as well drop Vidal now to make room for another back with a longer shelf life.
However, the biggest backfield switch-up took place in Tampa Bay. After months of waiting for his foot and shoulder to heal, according to Buccaneers media, Bucky Irving emphatically returned to the starting role.
His return made Sean Tucker and Rachaad White take a step back in Week 13, creating a likely new normal. Both have had their moments over the past two months, but it's time to say goodbye.
Josh Jacobs also returned from his injury, and Emanuel Wilson's one week of domination came to an end. Wilson had his moment, but now it's over.
Fantasy Football RBs to add, including Bam Knight:

- #10 - Dylan Sampson
- #9 - Jeremy McNichols
- #8 - Nick Chubb
- #7 - Devin Neal
- #6 - Kenneth Gainwell
- #5 - Chris Rodriguez Jr.
- #4 - Samaje Perine
- #3 - Bam Knight
- #2 - Kareem Hunt
- #1 - Kyle Monangai
Stunningly, Kyle Monangai is still sitting on the waiver wire in nearly half of leagues. If this is the case for you, pick him up. Kareem Hunt also makes sense, as the Kansas City Chiefs appear to be treating their backfield like it has two starters, despite Isiah Pacheco's return.
Kenneth Gainwell also appears to be quietly stealing touches from Jaylen Warren as the team's receiving back. The back has had double-digit games in two of his last three contests. As such, he's worth a pick up.
Chris Rodriguez Jr. appears to have won the starting job from Jacory Croskey-Merritt, receiving 11 carries to Croskey-Merritt's four carries. As such, he is a must-add running back going into Week 14 of the fantasy football season.
