Tee Higgins was called upon to step up after Ja'Marr Chase was given a one-game suspension for spitting on Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Jalen Ramsey. Knowing this, many managers started receiving. Instead of hitting the gold mine they thought they were, they stepped into a bear trap.
Higgins suffered a concussion in the contest and will not play in Week 13, according to Zac Taylor, via a Monday report from Bengals Wire. As such, managers don't have much time to find a replacement with the team set to play on Thanksgiving on Thursday. To help save time, Sportskeeda has compiled a list of realistic trade options for managers looking to make a move.

#5 - A.J. Brown, Philadelphia Eagles
The drama and frustration surrounding the Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver is tangible. However, the receiver logged his third 100-yard game of the season on Sunday.
If you want a receiver to fill the potentially one-week absence for Higgins and also have some playability later in the season, you could do worse than Brown. Many managers are frustrated with Brown and, as such, might be open to a trade.
#4 - Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings
Justin Jefferson has faced more adversity in 2025 than in any other year, with arguably the exception of his injury-plagued 2023 campaign. However, he has still managed to keep a 1,000-yard pace. A disappointed fantasy football manager might be willing to trade him, and without Tee Higgins, you could do worse than getting the top wide receiver for the Minnesota Vikings.
#3 - CeeDee Lamb, Dallas Cowboys
CeeDee Lamb is having far from his best season, likely in part because of George Pickens. However, Pickens is questionable heading into Week 13, which could set the stage for a big day for Lamb. If there's someone who spent one of their top picks on the receiver in the NFL Draft in your league, they might be willing to trade him away just before he pops, which would be a great turnaround for you.
#2 - Stefon Diggs, New England Patriots
Stefon Diggs is coming off his worst production of the season against the Cincinnati Bengals, one of the weakest defenses in the NFL. Some managers might be panicking as the receiver is well into his 30s at this stage of his career. Take advantage of that, as Diggs still has several more enticing matchups on the schedule, including against the Buffalo Bills in Buffalo.
#1 - Zay Flowers, Baltimore Ravens
There has been perhaps no more shocking result of 2025 than the struggling Baltimore Ravens. Lamar Jackson is having one of the worst years of his career, and that has trickled down to Zay Flowers. However, the Ravens are about to embark on three straight games against suspect defenses.
A manager who expected much greater things might be willing to part with Flowers at the worst time for them, but the best time for you. With Tee Higgins out, there's nothing for you to lose as long as you don't trade too much for the receiver.
