Former NFL quarterbacks Eli and Peyton Manning hosted Disney CEO Bob Iger on “ManningCast” during Monday's game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Green Bay Packers.
Disney is involved in a contract dispute with YouTube TV and Disney-owned channels, including ESPN and ABC, were pulled from YouTube TV last month. With Iger joining the former NFL quarterbacks on the panel, there were expectations of some insights into the ongoing dispute.
However, when Eli sent a subtle question over Iger's way, asking:

The Disney CEO downplayed the former Giants quarterback's subtle undertone about the dispute with a coy reply.
“Considering the fact that you’re sitting on couches and watching football, you’re doing alright," Iger said.
The disputed started last month after YouTube TV pulled several Disney channels on Oct. 30. YouTube TV, owned by Google, has alleged that Disney proposed a high price in its new licensing agreement, accusing them of tabling "costly economic terms that would raise prices on YouTube TV customers and give our customers fewer choices."
The two parties are reportedly working towards resolving the issue and coming to terms on a new deal.
YouTube TV offers $20 credit to subscribers amid ongoing dispute with Disney
With ESPN, ABC, and other Disney-owned channels unavailable to their subscribers for more than a week, YouTube TV is offering a $20 credit amid the diruption.
"We know it’s been disappointing to lose Disney content, and we want you to know we deeply appreciate your patience. In light of the disruption, we’re offering our subscribers a $20 credit," an email from YouTube TV read.
YouTube TV is the fourth-largest TV distributor in the country, and the ongoing dispute has impacted millions of subscribers who are unable to watch NFL and college football games on the platform. It remains to be seen if the two parties can successfully negotiate a contract with the NFL heading into its business end.
