Will Howard, GF Skyler nail iconic Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears Y2K fit for Halloween 2025

Halloween has taken over the NFL, and Will Howard’s girlfriend, Skyler Skoglund, is no exception. She gave fans a glimpse of her Halloween costume in her latest Instagram post.

The couple perfectly recreated Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears’ iconic Y2K denim look. It was an attempt to revive one of pop culture’s most unforgettable red-carpet moments.

“This is the story about a Y2K Halloween… 💿👖,” Skoglund captioned while referencing the early 2000s fashion era.

Skoglund wore a strapless denim dress with a long skirt and accessorized the outfit with a silver belt, a light blue denim mini bag, and a pearl choker. On the other hand, Howard opted for a light blue denim shirt over a white T-shirt paired with blue jeans.

The first picture featured the couple posing together, while the second slide showed the actual photo of Britney and Justin Timberlake from the 2001 American Music Awards. Have a look:

Skyler Skoglund opens up on relationship with Will Howard

Will Howard's girlfriend interviewed with PEOPLE last month. She also discussed her relationship with the Steelers quarterback. Skoglund shared that she met and bonded with Howard’s family before meeting him and already knew his parents and sisters.

"They were like, 'Oh my gosh, Will and Skyler are so similar, they need to meet. This is crazy. Our first date actually was to a comedy show, it was a double date with Sarah and Seth, and it was so much fun,” Skyler said.

Skoglund opened up about what it’s really like being a girlfriend of an NFL player:

"I think people don't see that perspective, because you see what's posted online or what's on TV and everything. It's a lot of just making sure you can feel comfortable with each other and support each other in the good times and the bad times," Skoglund said.
