Things got heated during the fourth quarter of the Jacksonville Jaguars' clash against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. Players from both teams exchanged words and veteran Titans defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons took exception to what was said. Following the 25-3 loss, the Titan DT alleged that Jaguars rookie LeQuint Allen had told him to "suck my d**k".

In the latest episode of the "New Heights" podcast, Jason Kelce and his brother Travis discussed the controversial incident. After the Kansas City Chiefs tight end read out what Simmons had said, Jason downplayed the controversy.

"I feel like I hear that every game," Jason said (Timestamp 43:00 onwards). "What are we all of a sudden upset about? Jeffery Simmons is a guy who gets very upset in games. He's an angry football player, which I like, angry football players."

Travis then highlighted an accusation from Titans running back Julius Chestnut. The Titans RB alleged that Jaguars punter Logan Cooke threatened to kill him.

"Tennessee player also claims that Jacksonville punter Logan Cook threatened to kill him," Travis said.

The former Eagles center praised the Jaguars players for getting in their opponent's heads, dismissing the allegations as "standard trash talk."

"What's up with these Tennessee players snitching? What are we doing? Come on guys. Keep doing it Jacksonville."

Jaguars coach Liam Coen dismissed allegations against his punter

Following the game, Jaguars head coach Liam Coen was asked about the allegations made against his punter. Coen dismissed the accusation on Monday, saying:

"I've probably heard that said, I mean, 100 times from players in games, so whatever."

Logan Cooke was penalized for excessive roughness after his skirmish with Julius Chestnut in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game. However, Cooke pleaded his innocence after the game.

"I don't even know what I did [to earn the penalty]," Cooke said after the game. "I was trying to take up for my boy Dewey [safety Andrew Wingard]. It is what it is. We live with each other, we ride with each other. That's all it is. So, play football long enough, football stuff happens."

The Jaguars' dominant win took them to 8-4, while the Titans fell to 1-11.
