The Bears signed Ben Johnson as the new head coach of the team back in January. His debut campaign started on the wrong foot with a two-game losing streak. However, they managed to pick up the pace and turn the fortunes in their favor, starting with a 31-14 victory over the Dallas Cowboys.

Johnson and his team lost to the Ravens in Week 8 after an impressive four-game winning streak. However, the team has been on the climb since then, going on to win the next five games. The Bears currently sit on top of the NFC North with a 9-3 record and are on track to compete in this season's playoffs.

Against the Eagles, Ben Johnson's offense recorded 425 total offensive yards, showing off why they are considered the sixth-best offense in the league this season. Quarterback Caleb Williams completed 17 of 36 passes for 154 yards and one touchdown. Apart from him, running backs D'Andre Swift and Kyle Monangai found the end zone to lead their team to victory.

Ben Johnson also talked about how the coaching staff did their best to prepare to take on the Super Bowl LIX champions and how it ultimately paid off in the end. He also took a moment to praise the running game that the team showcased on Friday.

"At the end of the day, just really proud of everybody involved," Johnson said. "You know, short week, we really haven't had that one of those yet as a team. And I thought the coaching staff did a great job of putting a sound plan together.

"The team that made the least number of mistakes is probably gonna win this game. So, fortunately for us, we felt like that fell in our favor. ... Can't say enough about that running game. I don't think we win that game if we're not able to run the ball like we were."

The Bears will next face the Packers on Sunday, Dec. 7, at 4:25 p.m. ET.
