WATCH: Tyreek Hill's estranged wife Keeta Vaccaro reminds fans to “stretch and breathe” while flaunting toned back

Keeta Vaccaro has been focusing on her health and wellness for the last few months since her separation from Tyreek Hill. On Monday morning, the entrepreneur shared a short video on Instagram as she headed for her workout.

Vaccaro wore a one-piece, backless light blue activewear outfit, showing off her toned physique. She had a white sherpa purse on her shoulder as she got ready in the mirror and entered the elevator of her condo building.

In the caption, she reminded her 96,000 followers on Instagram to find a moment in their day to slow down and reconnect with themselves.

"A midday reminder to slow down, stretch, and breathe," Keeta captioned the Instagram post.

Vaccaro did her hair in a French braid and had a head band to keep her hair from getting in the way during her workout. The new mom is not only focusing on her own wellness but, also encouraging others to do so as well on social media.

Keeta Vaccaro and daughter Capri enjoyed beach day in Miami

Keeta Vaccaro and 11-month-old daughter Capri enjoyed a day at the beach over the weekend. She shared two photos in a post on her Instagram account of her wearing a two-piece black and white bikini while relaxing on a lounge chair on the beach.

Next to her was her infant daughter, Capri, lounging on her own lounge chair. She wore a one-piece purple and pink swim outfit along with a matching hat as she took a nap under the umbrella keeping her cool and in the shade. She also had a Big Bird stuffed animal next to her.

Keeta Vaccaro and Tyreek Hill welcomed their daughter Capri Hill on November 25, 2024. Since then, Keeta Vaccaro has been capturing the milestones moments of her daughter's first year.

She and Tyreek Hill got married in November 2023 and about six months later announced that they were expecting their first child. In April, she filed for divorce from the Miami Dolphins wide receiver after police responded to their home for an alleged assault, no charges were filed.
