Cleveland Browns rookie Shedeur Sanders delivered a breakout performance in his third NFL start on Sunday, becoming the first rookie quarterback this season to throw for more than 300 yards. Sanders completed 23 passes for a career-high 364 yards and recorded four touchdowns, three through the air and one on the ground.One of Sanders’ touchdowns came early in the second quarter on a 1-yard diving catch by David Njoku, who suffered a knee injury on the play. The medical staff quickly attended to him, helping him walk off the field. Even in pain, he raised his hand in a touchdown signal, prompting a loud cheer from the crowd at Huntington Bank Field.The touchdown was Njoku’s fourth of the season and his first since the 27-20 loss to the New York Jets on Nov. 9.
