Joe Burrow made a surprising return to practice on Monday in a limited capacity, the Cincinnati Bengals confirmed. The quarterback suffered a grade 3 turf toe injury in Week 2 against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sept.14.The Bengals also shared a glimpse of Burrow returning to practice as he donned the team's gear.Burrow, who underwent surgery on his left toe, has been on the injured reserve list since Sept. 16. However, since he returned to practice on Monday, it marks a 21-day period during which he may begin limited practice with the team without counting against the 53-player active roster.Burrow's return to practice is a big boost for Cincinnati. It's safe to say that the Bengals' offense has not been the same without their star QB.Heading into Week 11, the Bengals are third in the AFC North with a 3-6 record. Cincinnati is currently on a two-game losing streak.Last season, Burrow won the AP Comeback Player of the Year award.
