Caleb Williams led the Chicago Bears to a 25-24 win over the Washington Commanders on Monday night. Even so, a clip of the Chicago Bears quarterback being animated on the sidelines made the rounds on the internet.In the video, Williams motioned with his arms while talking to a member of the team's coaching staff.Williams entered Monday night off a bye week after Chicago posted consecutive wins over the Dallas Cowboys and Las Vegas Raiders. With new head coach and offensive guru Ben Johnson, fans expected the quarterback to up his game.However, the 2022 Heisman Trophy winner has had a roller-coaster journey this year. Through the first four games, Williams had thrown for 927 yards and eight TDs passing with two interceptions and seven sacks.It looked like the Bears were heading for a loss on the road. However, things took an unexpected turn in the fourth quarter.During a third-and-1 play, Washington quarterback Jayden Daniels fumbled the ball, which ended up being recovered by Bears cornerback Nahshon Wright with 3:07 remaining in the game. Moody, who was added to Chicago's practice squad after being waived by the San Francisco 49ers last month, had been moved to the active roster earlier Monday with Cairo Santos sidelined with a quad injury."I really didn't know who he was when he first joined the team. And then I saw him kick, like, a 65-yarder at practice. From what he was able to do, come in here -- I know he's had some tough times recently -- but been able to come in here, rainy, windy, all of this, and come through for us, proud of him, happy for him and happy for us as a team."Chicago won its third straight game."We went 0-2 in the first two games," Williams said. "We tied it back up, went 2-2. And now we're 3-2, because of our fight, because of how we face adversity and how we come through and come together."Up next, the Bears (3-2) will host the New Orleans Saints (1-5) on Sunday.
