Trevor Lawrence’s wife, Marissa, shared the details of the Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback's health on social media. The NFL star was added to the team’s injury report ahead of the Week 9 game because of illness. However, he played on Sunday and helped his team defeat the Las Vegas Raiders 30-29.
Lawrence passed for 220 yards in the game. Following the victory, his wife Marissa shared a heartfelt message supporting him and praising his hard work. She also shared an update on his health.
"I couldn't be more proud of Trev," she wrote. "We both were up alllllll night so sick and I've been down baddd today I have no clue how he went and played a game... much deserved win. It's the small things people don't know or always see but I have to brag on him because this is just crazy!!! You're so strong and such a good leader. Proud to be in your corner."

Trevor Lawrence shares an update on his health
After the game, Trevor Lawrence opened up about his health while addressing the media.
"I’ve felt better, for sure,” Lawrence said (Timestamp: 9:16). “I feel a little bit better after getting a win, though. That was a fun one. Definitely going to feel a little bit better on this plane ride back. It’ll be nice to rest up and get off my feet for a little bit.”
This season, Lawrence has recorded 1,840 yards in passing and nine touchdowns in eight games. The Jaguars started the season with a win against the Carolina Panthers, 26-10.
Next, they will play against the Houston Texans in Week 10.
