Travis Kelce’s fiancée Taylor Swift faces new accusation from Justin Baldoni amid Blake Lively legal battle

Justin Baldoni took a shot at Travis Kelce's fiancée, Taylor Swift, in court documents pertaining to his legal battle with Blake Lively. Court documents obtained by Page Six on Thursday contained text messages Baldoni sent to a friend group that included Rainn Wilson and Andy Grammer.

In one of the messages, Baldoni accused Lively of leaning on the "Taylor Swift playbook" and acting like a “victim” on the set of their 2024 movie, "It Ends With Us."

“If she doesn’t promote the movie, she could say I’m a bad person or that she felt unsafe with me… Then she’s the victim. It’s the Taylor Swift playbook.”

Baldoni's comments were made after he had a "traumatizing" meeting with Lively in which he she had laid down the conditions she needed to return to the set, according to Page Six.

Lively filed a complaint with the California Civil Rights Department in December 2024, alleging that Baldoni created a hostile workplace through inappropriate comments. She filed a federal lawsuit later that month, accusing Baldoni of sexual harrassment.

On Sept. 11, Baldoni’s lawyers said Taylor Swift had “agreed” to a deposition, but claimed that she could not appear before Oct. 20 because of her album, "Life of a Showgirl." Swift’s lawyers said she never agreed and would only go if required by law. They also said she “has no material role in this action.”

A Manhattan judge denied Baldoni’s request to question Swift.

Swift's involvement stemmed from her presence at Lively’s New York penthouse on April 25, 2023 when Lively's husband, Ryan Reynolds, confronted Baldoni about comments he had made allegedly fat-shaming the actress.
